Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time, but we need 60 days’ notice to stop the work and billing.

What kind of ROI can I expect?

When it comes to our services, it is unfortunately impossible to guarentee a specific numerical ROI, whether that be number of sales, visitors, etc. However, we do guarentee increased exposure. Though, ROI shouldn’t include just the sales you receive. As we specialize in conent creation and digital marketing, the time and money you save and the brand value that is generated by professional content and management should also be considered. We believe the time you save and the quality you get is itself worth the investment!

How much must I be involved once we begin?

Of course, we will be handling the bulk of the content creation and marketing. However, depending upon your specific goals and needs, you may need to be availble for our content creation sessions and or our monthly overviews. Having a personality behind the brand is always good practice. Though, we want to be respectful of your time and can gladly work around your schedule and anyone else's.

What can I expect from these monthly photo and video sessions?

This is all case dependent. It can range from photographing your product(s) in our studio, to coming to your facility and filming staff, showcasing what is you do, etc. It really all depends on what your goals are, what specifically you're trying to market, and how much time you have. All will be discussed in the initial consultation.

If you need references for other servies that we don't currently provide, we can absolutely give you referrals..

While we have much experience in photo and video work, we are not a production house. We strive to give you the highest quality content for the money. In our years of experience, we have also found that too high-of-quality content can actually make the brand less relatable. Therefore, we try to strike a balance between quality and relatability.
